David and Goliath (1960) is a classic biblical epic directed by Ferdinando Baldi and Richard Pottier. This Italian–Yugoslav co-production dramatizes the legendary Old Testament story of the shepherd boy David, who rises to become Israel’s king after defeating the Philistine giant, Goliath.
